- The guarantee covers one unit of each product per household in an “opened or consumed condition.” You must return the used portion or provide a reason for the refund request. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price, excluding any applicable shipping fees.
- Additional units must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund, subject to a $20.00 handling fee per order.
